With the UK’s lockdown now in place again deliveries will be to the doorway or hallway only.  We will be unable to deliver to room of choice. Collections from customers homes will also follow the same guidelines, any items for collection will need to be brought to the doorway for our teams to collect.  Customers are requested to abide by social distancing rules and delivery teams will be given fresh PPE daily to wear.  Customers will not be asked to sign for deliveries at this time and the teams will sign on their behalf.

This will be monitored daily.  As always, social distancing guidelines will be followed and customers are asked to do the same and as usual our teams have full PPE and undergo risk assessments with customers with safety being our top priority.
